The Learning Tree is an established and progressive Montessori school that offers year-round, all-day care for children 2 ½ to 6 years of age.  We’ve been serving families since 1979 and are located in a beautiful house in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle.

We are a school that focuses on the emotional and social development of children, recognizing healthy relationships as being the most important building block for success in the world and personal satisfaction in life.  At the The Learning Tree children are mindfully guided toward deepening their understanding of who they are as individuals while learning how to be in community with others.
